He came into the world on June 18, 1942 as James Paul McCartney, in Liverpool General Hospital. Mary, his mother, was a midwife and medical nurse and Jim, his dad, was a sales person for cotton and a piano player that lead the Jim Mac's Jazz Band. Little Paul McCartney grew up non-denominational. Paul learned art and music and he had a pleasant childhood with his only younger sibling named Michael. He studied in that school from the year 1953 to 1960, gaining A level in Art and English.
