The tour will be in support of Maroon 5’s new studio album, Jordi. Maroon 5’s seventh full-length album features collaborations with so many big artists. Maroon 5 Announce Rescheduled 2021 Tour Dates

16th July 2020 | Category: Concerts

Maroon 5 have rescheduled their previously postponed 2020 tour dates for next summer.

The outing, which was supposed to kick off in May, was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now it will launch on July 15th, 2021 at the Island Credit Union Amphitheater in Chula Vista, California. The 41-date run will end a couple of months later, on October 2nd, at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles.

Leon Bridges and Meghan Trainor were set to open for Maroon 5 on their tour this year, however, at the moment it’s not clear if they’re still scheduled to give support next year.

Though almost all of Maroon 5’s 2020 dates were rescheduled, the band did have to cancel gigs in Hartford, Connecticut and Flushing, New York. In place of the Flushing gig, the group has added a new show at Madison Square Garden in New York City for September 10th, 2021.

Tickets for that show will go on sale July 24th at 10 a.m. local time; those with tickets to the original Flushing concert, per a press release, will receive an e-mail “with an opportunity for a pre-sale for the MSG show, or a refund.”

Tickets for all the rescheduled 2020 shows will be honored at the new dates.

In other news, Mickey Madden, the band’s co-founder and bassist has decided to take a leave of absence from the band, weeks after his arrest for alleged domestic violence.

“I have some things that I need to deal with and address right now and so I have decided to leave Maroon 5,” Madden said in a statement to Rolling Stone.

“During this time, I do not want to be a distraction to my bandmates. I wish them the absolute best.”

Maroon 5 to Kick Off 2018 with Red Pill Blues Tour

2nd November 2017 | Category: Concerts

Maroon 5, three-time Grammy award-winning band, have recently announced that they are going on tour in 2018 in support of their upcoming album Red Pill Blues.

The tour is due to kick off on May 30 in Tacoma, and will hit California, Texas and Florida in June. After the break in July and August, the tour will be back on the road with concerts across arenas and stadiums in the mid-west in September and then East Coast in October.

The tour is scheduled to end with two shows on October 14 and 15 at Madison Square Garden in New York. Pick a city closest to you and enjoy the new songs of this awesome band.

This 33-date-extensive tour is produced by Live Nation and is supporting the band’s sixth studio album produced by J. Kash and Adam Levine. The Red Pill Blues album is coming out on November 3 and its title refers to the science fiction term from the 1999 movie, The Matrix, taking the red pill or the blue pill. The guitarist spoke about their strategy around the sixth album explaining they had be experimenting with electronic sounds on previous albums but that this album will be more traditional and R&B influenced.

The album features special guest appearances by SZA, Julia Michaels, LunchMoney Lewis and A$AP Rocky. The multi-platinum band recently debuted the album’s lead single “What Lovers Do” and two other songs, “Help Me Out” and “Whiskey”. They’ll support the release of the album with a series of TV appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, TODAY and Ellen DeGeneres Show. Julia Michaels, hit songwriter and Republic recording artist, is featured on “Help Me Out” and will be the opening act on the 2018 upcoming tour.

We expect this long-anticipated album to be a huge success since their previous record from 2014 “V”, debuted at No 1 on the Billboard 200. It featured hits like “Sugar”, “Animals”, “Maps” and “Feelings”. In September, Maroon 5 became the most successful group in the history of Billboard Hot 100 when top ten entries concluded their two and a half year run supporting “V”, with 120 shows across more than thirty countries. So far, Maroon 5 sold more than 20 million records and 48 million singles worldwide.

Tickets for all venues can be bought here.

Maroon 5 Overexposed Tour 2013

11th March 2013 | Category: Concerts

Maroon 5 are currently in the middle of the North American part of their world tour, Overexposed. To date they have performed 43 of the planned 68 shows of their Overexposed Tour and their popularity continues to grow, and if you want to see them in action at one of their remaining gigs you had better act fast as there are very few tickets available.

Maroon 5 have been together for a number of years now and were originally known as Kara’s Flowers, before changing their name in 2001. The band are made up of Adam Levine, Jesse Carmichael, Mickey Madden, James Valentine and Matt Flynn and their music has been well received by fans all over the world.

Maroon 5 have won numerous awards for their music over the years and have won three Grammy Awards, two American Music Awards and two Billboard Music Awards to name but a few, as well as receiving a host of other nominations for awards like the BRIT Awards and ECHO Awards.

They have also recently been nominated for a Juno Award, an award that is the Canadian equivalent to a Grammy,  in the category of ‘International Album of the Year’. This years Juno Awards will be hosted by Michael Bublé and will be held in the Canadian city of Regina which is the capital city of Saskatchewan. The band face some stiff competition if they are to walk away with another award as they are up against the likes of Mumford & Sons, One Direction, Taylor Swift and Rod Stewart.

Maroon 5 tickets are still available for the remainder of their North American Tour dates, a tour that will finish on the 6th April at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. The tour will then head across the seas to Europe, commencing in Birmingham on the 22nd June at the LG Arena, before finishing in Holland on the 3rd July at the Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam. Many of the European tour dates are already sold out, but Maroon 5 tickets are still available if you act now.
