50 Cent’s 2023 Final Lap Tour Is Still Going Strong

25th August 2023 | Category: Concerts

When it comes to early 2000s hip-hop, one of the greats is definitely 50 Cent. From his first major-label album Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ debut in 2003 to today, his career has earned him several awards and an international following. In fact, that old-school album is exactly what is being celebrated on his 2023 Final Lap tour.

The Final Lap

The tour is an homage to the 20th anniversary of the album and it will span over a hundred stops across the US and worldwide. Germany, Norway, France, the UK and Australia are just some of the locations where 50 Cents will perform. The tour began on July 21 but will continue well on towards the end of 2023 in November.

While it starts in the US, towards the end of September 50 Cent will be starting the international segment of the tour in the Netherlands. He will continue across Europe and beyond in India, Australia and New Zealand. The ambitious scope of the tour gets even more exciting when you consider that 50 financed a lot of the concerts himself and they sold out.

As for the song lineup, audiences can of course expect songs from Get Rich Or Die Tryin’. That said, listeners will also be able to hear some of his other great hits.

Opening the Show

As this is a huge international tour, 50 Cent is not going alone. Accompanying him will be Busta Rhymes and Jeremih, two talented artists who will open for 50 across his venues. With this trio in mind, from rapping to R&B, the Final Lap has shaped into a melodic masterpiece of lyrical prowess.

The trio is scheduled to conclude the North American segment on September 22 in Toronto, ON on the Budweiser Stage. Following this, the European and UK tour segment commences on September 28 in Amsterdam and extends until November. The tour will then proceed to Australia and New Zealand in December.
