The two bands will perform a total of 9 concerts even though their paths split and come together several times during the tour. This will give both bands the chance to go it alone with their own tours and joining forces in a few locations as well.

The dates that feature both bands include performances on July 30 at Williamsburg Waterfront in Brooklyn, NY; August 5 at Lifestyle Communities Pavilion in Columbus, OH; and August 12 at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO.

Tickets go on sale for joint performances and a few solo concerts as well this weekend, May 7 thru May 9. Ticket prices vary according to if the concert is solo or together and the location. In most cases, the tickets range around $35 give or take a few dollars.

At the end of the summer tour, rumor has it that Primus will return to the studio to start work on a new album. The tour as reported in a press release is to refine their performance before going to the studio. Gogol Bordello finished a North America spring tour promoting his new album, Trans-Continental Hustle that was released on April 27.
