Shakira Facing Legal Troubles In Barcelona?

Beginning in September, Shakira may be shaking her hips in a city near you, but first she may have to take care of some legal business. Reportedly, the “hips don’t lie” star may have been in violation of several violations while shooting the video for her song Loca, off the Sale EL Sol, album in Barcelona Spain. The pop star may have broken several laws and pay has to pay up by the way of fines.

Shakira may end up being busted for the following infractions, dancing in the fountain at Pla de Palua, a public fountain with deep historical meaning. She has also been cited for jumping on a motorcycle without wearing a helmet. Lastly, Shakira may find herself in trouble for “disrupting traffic.” It seems that her sexy dancing and gyrating hips, may have cause a few traffic jams.

There are rumors that Shakira did not take the steps necessary for  a mega-star looking to shoot a music video. She did not contact the city in advance nor asked for permission. Word on the street is that Barcelona officials will be scouring the internet, specifically Youtube, to determine what laws were broken.
