Enrique Iglesias, Jennifer Lopez & Wisin Y Yandel 2012 Concert Tickets

North America will be graced with Latin talents as it had been announced a few weeks ago that Jennifer Lopez, Enrique Iglesias and Wisin Y Yandel are going on a 20-city MEGA concert tour that will begin on July 14 in Montreal.

Lopez or widely known as J.Lo is said to be the most successful Latin entertainer. Apart from being a successful recording artist, she is also an actress, business woman and dancer. J.Lo has won her very first award in acting in 1996 when she starred in a biographical film called Selena (1997) which earned her an ALMA Award for Outstanding Actress. Since then, she has starred in many films such as The Wedding Planner (2001), Maid in Manhattan (2002) and recently, the Back-up Plan (2010). She has films currently underway such as What To Expect When You’re Expecting that will be released this May. But what gave J.Lo her big break is her singing career. In 1999, she released her very first album entitled On the 6 which spawned hit singles If You Had My Love and Waiting For Tonight. To date, she has released her seventh and current album Love? That includes the hit single On The Floor, one of the best-selling singles of all time.

Iglesias is a Spanish singer, songwriter and an occasional actor. He is the son of the famous Spanish singer Julio Iglesias. His albums became the biggest selling Spanish-language albums a few years after he began his musical career. Then, he made his crossover into the mainstream English language market. To date, Iglesias has sold over 100 million records worldwide making him one of the best-selling Spanish artist of all time. Billboard called Iglesias The King of Latin Pop and The King of Dance.

Wisin and Yandel are a Puerto Rican duo. They have collaborated with many artists including Jennifer Lopez in Follow the Leader and Enrique Iglesias in No Me Digas Que No and Gracias a Ti. They have also collaborated with other artists in genres like hip hop, pop, Latin pop, R&B and rock. Some artists are Ricky Martin, Nelly Furtado, Akon and 50 Cent. They released their first album in 2002 entitled De Otra Manera and this year they will release their eighth album called Los Lideres.

All three Latin stars are excited for this concert tour and they promised that each performance will show the best that they can give. “We are going to give you everything we got,” Lopez said. “I think it’s going to be one of the most historic tours ever. Because I don’t know that there has ever been something … where these Latinos have come together like this as family.”
