Dirty Dancing The Musical Set To Tour America – Tickets On Sale Now

Dirty Dancing was a massive box office hit when it first launched in 1987, and even today the film is watched in homes across the land by people who love a romantic story, and it was the first ever film to sell over one million copies on video. The show will start on Tuesday 26th August at The National Theatre in Washington DC, where 24 shows have been scheduled to take place, with the final show taking place on Sunday 14th September. From Washington DC the stage show will move to North Carolina and The Durham Performing Arts Center, where it will run for another week with a total of eight shows taking place.

Minnesota, Missouri, Texas and Georgia are the four states where the show will be heading to next, followed by visits to Florida, Louisiana, California and Oregon.

January 2015 will see the show move onto Washington and the Paramount Theatre in Seattle, with trips to Arizona and Washington filling the calendar until the end of February. In all Dirty Dancing the musical will visit over 30 states in America and is scheduled to run until Sunday 21st June when it will come to a close in Charlotte, North Carolina with performances at the Belk Theatre at Blumenthal Performing Arts Centre.
