Carrie Underwood Blown Away Tour Dates Announced

Along with launching her much awaited studio album ‘Blown Away’ on Tuesday, Carrie Underwood announced an impressive 57 scheduled concerts on her upcoming 2012 Blown Away Tour. Hunter Hayes, her special guest will open dates throughout the country and Canada. Carrie is also donating $1 from every Blown Away ticket sold at North America shows to the Red Cross disaster relief while proceeds of her Canada shows will go to the Canadian Red Cross. The donation will basically go to those who have been affected by disasters.

“I can’t wait to get back out on the road and perform new music from my new album for my fans,” Underwood said in a statement on her website. “We have a lot of exciting things planned!” The performer made the official announcement during her guesting on ‘Good Morning America’ on Tuesday.

The Blown Away Tour is Underwood’s first headlining tour since her Play On Tour last 2010. ‘Blown Away’ is the ‘Good Girl’ singer’s fourth studio album, the follow-up to 2009’s ‘Play On,’ which sold over 2 million copies. Tickets for Carrie Underwood’s concert are now available.
