Seattle rock group Alice in Chains will no doubt be relaxing and watching the Superbowl this weekend as the Seattle Seahawks take on the Denver Broncos in Superbowl XLVIII from the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, but the group will have little time to relax once the game is over as they will be busy preparing for their upcoming spring tour. The first concert of the tour will take place on Friday 25th April at the Brady Theatre in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with the next performance taking place the very next day at the Winstar Casino in Thackerville, which is also in the state of Oklahoma. Next up is a trip to Texas where the band will be playing at the state of the art music arena in Austin known as the ACL Live at The Moody Theatre, a venue that can seat nearly 3,000 people and holds in the region of 100 concerts each year.

The month gets underway in Mississippi with a concert at the Horseshoe Casino in Tunica on Thursday 1st, followed by a trip to North Carolina the following day and a concert at Harrah’s Resort Event Center in Cherokee, with concerts in south Carolina and North Carolina again to follow those.
Friday 9th May will see Alice in Chains visit New Jersey for a performance at the Revel Ovation Hall in Atlantic City, with trips to Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia to follow. On Friday 16th May Alice in Chains will head to West Virginia and the town of Huntingdon for a concert at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena, then they will head off to Ohio, Michigan and Indiana for four more concerts. On Friday 23rd May a concert has been scheduled for the Adler Theatre in Davenport, Iowa, with the tour finale taking place on Saturday 24th May at Stir Cove at Harrah’s, a venue that is also located in the state of Iowa in the town of Council Bluffs.
