Jewel’s Star Light Café Tour planned for one month

Jewel has planned a 20-date tour starting on June 1 with the first concert at Fargo Theatre in Fargo, North Dakota and ending on June 27 in Seattle, Washington at Woodland Park Zoo.
Jewel will also be stopping at other locations along the way including the Vic Theatre on June 4 in Chicago, Illinois, The Midland on June 16 in Kansas City, Missouri, and at the Knitting Factory on June 24 in Spokane, Washington.
In Atlanta, Georgia on June 11 at the Cobb Energy PAC, Radney Foster will start off the concert. On June 21, Brandi Carlile and Jewel will share the spotlight in Boise, Idaho at the Botanical Gardens. Tickets went on sale for the Star Light Café Tour on April 23.
Jewel has been writing as well as recording her country album, Sweet and Wild due to be released on June 8. This title is her 8th studio record that was first seen as a country star with her 2008 album, Perfectly Clear. Then her first independent effect for children, Lullaby was a new twist.
Jewel stated, “There is nothing more rewarding for me than getting the chance to perform some of my new songs along with the hits I’ve had over the course of my career. These shows really become a sneak peek into my songwriting and my life.”
At this time a few of the concert locations include Fargo, North Dakota; Saint Paul, Minnesota; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Chicago, Illinois; Florence, Indiana; St. Louis, Missouri; Atlanta, Georgia; Tunica, Mississippi; Huntsville, Alabama; Midwest City, Oklahoma; Kansas City, Missouri; Salina, Kansas; Arvada, Colorado; New Braunfels, Texas; Boise, Idaho; Missoula, Montana; Spokane, Washington; Portland, Oregon; Jacksonville, Oregon; and Seattle, Washington. These are the only locations reported at this time, more may be added.
