My universe. Everyone&#8217;s allowed \u2014 except gay people. I am Lil Nas X, and I present to you my first tour.&#8221;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The \u201cLong Live Montero Tour\u201d begins with a 14-date North American leg, kicking off in Detroit on September 6th. Lil Nas X is also scheduled to make stops in Chicago, Toronto, Boston, New York City, Philadelphia, Nashville, Miami, and Los Angeles, among other cities, before wrapping up the leg in San Francisco on October 23rd.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The European leg of the tour, which will begin on November 8 with a show in Amsterdam, will conclude on November 17 in Barcelona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lil Nas X rose to prominence with the release of his country rap single &#8220;Old Town Road&#8221;, which first achieved viral popularity in early 2019 before climbing music charts internationally and becoming diamond certified by November of that same year. &#8220;Old Town Road&#8221; spent 19 weeks atop the US Billboard Hot 100 chart, becoming the longest-running number-one song since the chart debuted in 1958.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Following the success of &#8220;Old Town Road&#8221;, Lil Nas X released his debut extended play, titled <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">7<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, which produced two further singles\u2060, with &#8220;Panini&#8221; and &#8220;Rodeo&#8221; (featuring Cardi B or Nas).
