They\u2019re also set to play two shows at New York\u2019s Kings Theatre in September.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After breaking up in 1983, Bauhaus reformed and have had a number of different formations over the years. Following a 20th anniversary tour in 1998, the band returned for a performance at Coachella in 2005 before going on to support <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ticketcenter.com\/nine-inch-nails-tickets\">Nine Inch Nails<\/a> the following year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Back in 2018, Murphy and J hit the road in the UK for a string of shows celebrating 40 years of Bauhaus. The December run concluded with a performance at London\u2019s O2 Forum in Kentish Town.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Peter Murphy, Daniel Ash, Kevin Haskins, and David J first reunited in late 2019, playing a three shows in Los Angeles. However, additional US dates scheduled in 2020 were canceled due to the pandemic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bauhaus will also join <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ticketcenter.com\/morrissey-tickets\">Morrissey<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ticketcenter.com\/blondie-tickets\">Blondie<\/a> on the headline line-up for Cruel World festival. It will take place on May 14 and 15 this year at Brookside at The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. Other names on the bill include Devo, Echo &amp; The Bunnymen, The Psychedelic Furs, Violent Femmes, Public Image Ltd and more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Following their 1980 debut record \u2018In The Flat Field\u2019, Bauhaus released a further four studio albums \u2013 \u2018Mask\u2019 (1981), \u2018The Sky\u2019s Gone Out\u2019 (1982), \u2018Burning From The Inside\u2019 (1983) and \u2018Go Away White\u2019 (2008).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Speaking to NME upon the release of their latest effort, David J said that the band\u2019s <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cchemistry was so volatile\u201d <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">during its recording that they decided to go their separate ways once again. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThe record definitely feels like a final statement,\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> he explained.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tickets for upcoming Bauhaus shows can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ticketcenter.com\/bauhaus-tickets\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Bauhaus 2022 Tour<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Show date and time: May 14, 2022 \u2013 September 9, 2022<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Show location: Cruel World Fest, Pasadena, CA \u2013 Kings Theatre, New York, NY<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bauhaus have announced dates for their first US tour in 16 years.
