In September, they released a reissue of their September 2001 self-titled debut album. The \u2018Super Power Party Pack\u2019 edition of their debut album includes the band\u2019s original 1995 demo cassette and 2002 \u2018Tribute\u2019 EP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In 2006, the duo released their now-iconic feature film, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tenacious D In The Pick Of Destiny<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. The film and its official soundtrack featured guest performances and cameos from Dave Grohl, Ronnie James Dio, and Meat Loaf.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In July, Tenacious D released their first single of the year, a medley cover of The Beatles\u2019 \u2018You Never Give Me Your Money\u2019 and \u2018The End\u2019. The cover, and its outlandish music video, received praise from Paul McCartney himself, who said, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cIt\u2019s so imaginative and so well performed.
