Also, they\u2019ve confirmed rescheduled EU dates for 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The band\u2019s tour in support of 2020 album \u2018Dreamland\u2019 will now kick off in the United States this August and have a break in October after a stop in Santa Barbara, California. Glass Animals will then return to the UK to perform, and head back to North America in March 2022 for a month of shows. They will then hop over to Europe in May.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">While in the US, Glass Animals will play a few festival slots: Bonnaroo, Life Is Beautiful and Outside Lands.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The \u2018Dreamland\u2019 tour was originally planned to launch this month, culminating in an engagement at London\u2019s Alexandra Palace. Due to continued coronavirus restrictions in the UK, these domestic shows are now scheduled for November.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Glass Animals have shared a new video for \u2018Space Ghost Coast To Coast\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Singer Dave Bayley says of the video:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c\u2018Space Ghost\u2019 is about someone I knew growing up in Texas\u2026 we drifted apart when I moved away at 13, but I found out a few years later he did something truly awful.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThe lyrics of the track are just wondering what makes someone change so much from being an innocent kid to someone who can even consider doing what he did. It talks about how in the 2000\u2019s, violent video games and lyrics were blamed by the media for that type of misbehaviour in teenagers\u2026 but really I think there were much bigger societal problems at play.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThe video is a twist on those video games. Every video we have made in the last year has been made in peak lockdown\u2026 we had to get creative. In this case, Max came up with the idea that he could film me dancing in the park while sitting in his apartment. He was giving me direction the whole time via phone in my earbuds.
