Vocalist Kevin Parker had extensive touring plans, originally planning on making the North American rounds with artists like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ticketcenter.com\/clairo-tickets\">Clairo<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ticketcenter.com\/mgmt-tickets\">MGMT<\/a> as openers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now the band has revealed their rescheduled dates. Instead of touring this year, they\u2019ll hit the road in the summer and fall of 2021.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tickets sold for the original dates will be honored at the new shows, and refunds will be available to those who aren\u2019t able to attend. The 21-date run is scheduled to kick off in Mexico City on July 22 and end in Miami on October 18 of the next year. Some other cities that it includes are Phoenix, Denver, San Francisco, Houston, Dallas, Washington DC, and more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Australian leg of the tour has been also delayed for the second time and will now kick off on December 7, 2021, in Sydney, before moving through Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tame Impala released their highly-anticipated album <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Slow Rush<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> back in February. The fourth studio album by the Australian musical project follows the 2015 album <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Currents <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and the 2019 singles &#8220;Patience&#8221; and &#8220;Borderline&#8221;, with the latter serving as the first single from the album.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tame Impala have shared a live performance video that sees them playing a pair of tracks from an empty HBF Park in Perth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The performance \u2013 in celebration of FIFA 21\u2018s imminent October 9 release\u00a0 \u2013 sees Kevin Parker and co. playing \u2018Elephant\u2019 from 2012\u2019s \u2018Lonerism\u2019 along with \u2018Is It True\u2019 from this year\u2019s \u2018The Slow Rush\u2019.
