(Official Video)\" width=\"860\" height=\"484\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9yZ-mgbpDV0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ticketcenter.com\/sea-girls-tickets\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sea Girls<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> have postponed their UK tour until spring 2021 and also added more shows to their run.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The London four-piece were due to hit the road this November in support of their debut album \u2018Open Up Your Head\u2019, which was released last month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On their official Twitter, the band has confirmed that their previously announced shows have now been pushed back to April\/May next year due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Extra shows have also been added for Liverpool, Newcastle, Leicester, Sheffield, Portsmouth, Oxford, Cambridge and Leeds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cGet ready for our biggest ever UK tour in April 2021!\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> they wrote.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The statement also said:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cWe have also made the tough decision to move the following 4 Sold Out shows from Nov 2020 to April 2021 so we can play them safely. Your tickets will remain valid for these new shows, please keep hold of them.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The group\u2019s album launch performances in Nottingham, Bristol, Birmingham, Newcastle, Cardiff and Manchester remain unaffected and are currently due to take place in January.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Last month saw Sea Girls release their debut album <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Open Up Your Head<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> which landed all the way at number three in the UK chart.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Speaking to NME last month, Sea Girls\u2019 frontman Henry Camamile opened up on how suffering a traumatic brain injury influenced the direction of the band\u2019s new album.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">He said: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI was acknowledging it, talking to myself and saying: \u2018There\u2019s something wrong here Henry, you\u2019re in a fucking bad way and your head isn\u2019t sorted. You\u2019re depressed and you\u2019re still turning to partying and drinking\u2019.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI couldn\u2019t stop it, and the album title is just what it became about. I wanted to put truth into all of these songs.
