All those rumors you’ve been hearing are true, in point of fact. Billy Joel<\/a><\/strong>, billed as the Piano Man<\/strong>, has a new tour, and it will entail performances with Sir Elton John<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The early parts of February will see him performing in Las Vegas. Can you think of anything nicer to give to someone you care about than a very special trip to Las Vegas, where Billy Joel<\/a><\/strong> will be appearing at the MGM Grand for Valentines day.<\/p>\n

Selling more than 150 million recordings world wide, Billy Joel<\/a><\/strong>, aka the Piano Man<\/strong>, has rocked us all since the seventies, but his magic didn’t stop at that point. With top ten hits in the seventies, the eighties and the nineties, Billy Joel<\/a><\/strong> has proven that he’s got star power and more.<\/p>\n

Billy Joel<\/a><\/strong> effectively “retired” from recording in 1993 but continued to tour (sometimes in the company of Elton John). Last year, in 2007 he returned to recording with a single called “All My Life,” followed by a world tour, and in September 2008 during an interview with GQ magazine, Elton John<\/strong> was quoted as saying : “I\u2019m going on the road again with Billy Joel again next year,”<\/em><\/strong> confirming the rumor that the legends would reunite for a tour in 2009.<\/p>\n
