Taylor Swift is Taking Reputation on Tour

21st November 2017 | Category: Concerts

Taylor Swift is getting ready to hit the road for the first time in two years.

On Monday, Taylor announced the first leg of her Reputation Tour via Taylor Nation Twitter account with the caption “See You Soon”. She announced the first 27 dates of her stadium tour but it’s not specified whether this is the entire U.S. leg of the tour. There are large gaps between the dates, so more dates will certainly be added later on.

You can visit our page and purchase the tickets right away though.

The tour kicks off on May 8, 2018 in Arizona and concludes on October 6, 2018 in Texas. Swift will be performing on almost all homes to NFL teams stadiums, since the venues are available throughout the spring and summer. This NFL-stadium run isn’t unexpected at all since Louis Messina, the promoter of Swift’s tour has a long history of promoting concerts at NFL venues. Louis Messina is also promoting Kenny Chesney’s 2018 tour from April 21 to August 25 and both performers are playing 17 of the same markets. If you are interested in the Kenny Chesney shows, you can visit our page here for more details.

The Reputation tour will be produced and promoted by the Messina Touring Group and AEG Presents in North America while Live Nation will produce the overseas shows in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

This tour comes in support of her sixth album Reputation that sold 1.5 million copies in the first week and became the best-selling album of 2017. If judging by the sales, this could easily be the high grossing tour of 2018. According to Billboard and numbers from her 2015 tour, Taylor Swift could gross between $250 and $300 million on the Reputation tour. We’ll just have to wait and see. Tickets for all stadium concerts can be found here.

Since she says old Taylor is “dead” in her latest video all about hidden meaning “Look What You Made Me Do”, fans are excited to see the new version of this pop star on tour.
