‘Rally 4 Peace’ Concert to Go On in Baltimore

6th May 2015 | Category: Concerts

Since the riots in Baltimore happened, many people are talking about what went on and what can be done to restore the peace and calmness of a city that wasn’t outraged prior to the funeral of a boy that was said to be killed by police officers. While this is something that has been plastered all over the news channels, it is not something that should go ignored, or over played, either.

In response to what happened in the city, Prince wants to restore the peace in a city that seems to have forgotten what it was all about.

Prince is set to perform a concert this Sunday. It is appropriately titled, “Rally 4 Peace” to restore everyone back to their original state and ensure that they have something that truly jumps out at them. Through the use of this concert, many people can come together as one and make the most of their time spent loving, and creating peace and more opportunities throughout the area, instead of bringing it all down. This is not a time to show rage and harm to each other, but a time to embrace the community together as a whole.

Prince is hoping to bring something to the company, and to show them what he stands for and what he doesn’t stand for. The rage and hurt has to end, the blaming and looting has to end and the stand that they took was not a just stand and it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Prince is going to restore the faith and humanity to a city that cannot seem to find it.

While not everyone is fighting against this, Prince is there to set the mood and the stage for everything that needs to be done. This is a big move, and one that is not the only when it comes to the celebrities speaking out, or doing something regarding the violence. Especially those that grew up there and called it their hometown.

Everyone is out to fix the problems and restore the peace that once was for the entire city when they bring them together. A portion of the ticket proceeds will go to charities to help against this type of violence. Grab tickets today from Ticket Center.
