Queen And Adam Lambert To Perform 19 Gigs This Summer
It is now 23 years since the iconic Freddie Mercury passed away, but despite his passing his music is still as popular as ever and this coming summer Queen’s remaining two band members Roger Taylor and Brian May will be taking to the road in North America for a month long tour that will also feature Adam Lambert. Queen and Adam Lambert concert tickets are on sale today here at Ticket Center and they are already selling well, so make sure you buy your tickets whilst there is still a good supply available.
The 19 gig tour will get underway on Thursday 19th June in the state of Illinois with a concert at the United Center in Chicago, then two days later on Saturday 21st June the tour will head for Canada where five concerts will be played out during a eight day period. The first Canadian concert will be staged in Winnipeg at the MTS Centre, with the second being held at the Credit Union Centre in Saskatoon on Monday 23rd June. Rexall Place in Edmonton will be stage the next Canadian concert, with the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary staging the fourth, and the Rogers Arena in Vancouver will stage the fifth and final concert on Saturday 28th June.
On their return to America Queen and Adam Lambert will be heading for California, where two concerts are due to take place. The first has been scheduled for Tuesday 1st July at the SAP Center in San Jose, with the second being staged at The Forum in Inglewood, Los Angeles on Thursday 3rd July. The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas will be the venue for the next two gigs, with these taking place on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th July.

From Las Vegas the tour will head for Texas and concerts in Houston and Dallas on Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th July, with the Toyota Center in Houston staging the first and the American Airlines Center in Dallas staging the second. On Saturday 12th July The Palace of Auburn Hills in Detroit, Michigan will be staging the 13th of the 19 scheduled concerts, then the tour will return to Canada for another two concerts in Toronto and Montreal.
Wednesday 16th July will see a concert performed at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, followed by a gig at the iconic New York venue of Madison Square Garden on Thursday 17th July. The state of Connecticut will be staging the penultimate concert on Saturday 19th July, with this particular concert taking place at Mohegan Sun Arena In Uncasville, with the tour finale taking place on Sunday 20th July at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland.
