Paul McCartney Annouces North American Tour Dates – Tickets On Sale Now
The Beatles are one of the world’s most recognisable bands, and even though they stopped performing as a band some 40 years ago their music is still as popular as ever today. One band member, Paul McCartney, is still going strong as he regularly performs to sell-outs crowds across the the world, and today he has announced the first four dates for the North American leg of his 2014 ‘Out There Tour’. The first of the four dates is Thursday 19th June with the concert itself taking place at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Smoothie King Center is an all seater multi purpose arena that can cater for nearly 18,000 spectators and during 2014 some of the worlds leading performers will be on stage including the likes of Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars and the Kings of Leon. From the state of Louisiana Paul McCartney will be heading for the state of Kentucky to perform at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, and again like the Smoothie King Center there are numerous stars scheduled to perform at the venue in the next few months, stars like Miley Cyrus, Cher and Rod Stewart to name just three.
On Saturday 5th July McCartney will head to New York for the third of the four scheduled concerts, with this particular concert taking place at the Times Union Center in Albany, then two days later on Monday 7th July the former Beatles star will be in Pennsylvania performing at the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh.
