Meat Loaf is Back at it!

It will probably come to you as no big surprise that Marvin Lee Aday also known as Meat Loaf got his big start in musical theater.  Considering the fact that the songs that are featured on his 1977 classic album; “Bat out of Hell” are in fact Big Broadway Show Stoppers with much louder guitars.  But before he actually made his big career defining album, he actually recored an LP for a subsidiary of Motown in the year 1971 that no one purchased and ended up in a 1975 cult movie, you know the movie “The Rocky Horror Picture Show.”  As he began working with Jim Steinman the songwriter on the epic “Bat out of Hell” in the mid 70’s their aim was high.
