Luke Bryan: Kick Up the Dust Tour 2015

7th August 2015 | Category: Concerts

You know him, we have all sang his song Country Girl from 2011.  But did you know that Luke Bryan just did not fall out of the sky as a singer, he was a very victorious songwriter before he hit the stage and sang his own songs with his presentation single of ‘All My Friends Say’ that became a hit in 2007. Before he became a famous this Georgia-born singer wrote ‘Good Directions’ for Billy Currington to sing as well as tracks for others, but it was clear that he had a vast amount of talent as well as charisma to linger within the shadows of Music City’s biggest stars.

Bryan was a teenager when he first picked up the guitar and as a teenager knew he was destined to move to Nashville after he finished high school, but with the unfortunate death of his brother this left him wanting to stay close to family and home.

Bryan finally made his move in 2001.  Bryan’s breakout song was ‘Country Girl’ from 2011. With this single as well as numerous televised live performances it cleared the path to his superstardom. Three singles from the album ‘Tailgates and Tanlines’ that went Platinum, as well as in April 2013, he was also named the ACM’s Entertainer of the Year during a broadcast that he co-hosted.

Today, he is now on Tour.  Kick The Dust Up, starting on August 21st, 2015 in Atlanta Georgia.  He will also be in Utah, California, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, and ending September 26th in North Carolina.
