Korn and Alice in Chains Announce Epic Co-Headlining 2019 Tour

The metal icons and grunge legends have announced they will be joining forces for a 30-date tour this summer. Korn and Alice in Chains are kicking their joint tour together on 18 July in Austin, Texas so you better make sure you buy your tickets in time.

Hard Rock legends Korn and Alice in Chains are hitting North America this summer with their epic co-headline amphitheatre tour. After Austin, they will make stops in Dallas, Nashville, Toronto, Denver and many more before they wrap up the tour on 4 September in Mountain View, California as Shoreline Amphitheatre.

Underoath will support on all dates, while Fever 333 and Ho99o9 will play on select shows. Alice in Chains are touring in support of their album Rainer Fog, which hit No. 1 across Billboard’s Rock, Alternative and Hard Music Charts and earned them a Grammy Award for Best Rock Album. Over their long and fruitful career, they have sold more than 30 million albums all over the world and gathered multimillion fanbase. Some of their albums changed the history of rock such as 1994’s triple-platinum-certified EP Jar Of Flies, which was the first EP in music history to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 and 1995’s self-titled double-platinum-certified Alice In Chains, which also entered the Billboard Top 200 at No. 1.

With their 2009 come-back album Black Gives Way to Blue, they have once again shown the world why they are one of the most successful and influential American rock bands of all time. The album earned them a Grammy nomination and was described as “a record that’s as powerful as anything the band has done before”.

Korn sold more than 40 million albums, collected two Grammys and continue to push the boundaries of rock even today. Korn’s latest LP was the 2016 The Serenity of Suffering which earned them their tenth Grammy nomination.

Korn announced the long-awaited follow-up to their twelfth studio album for later this year which is expected to continue the story of the band’s remarkable history and dynamic that fueled them all these years.
