13th September 2019 | Category: Concerts

Rock legends Green Day, Fall Out Boy and Weezer are going on the iconic Hella Mega stadium tour next year.

The global concert sensation is kicking off in the summer of 2020. The Interrupters will be the supporting act throughout the tour.

In spirit of the newly announced combined tour, the three acts reported upcoming albums and unveiled new singles a couple of days ago.

Presented by Harley-Davidson, the Hella Mega Tour will commence on June 13 at LA Defense Arena in Paris, France. The following shows will run through Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Neil Grimmer, president of brand for Harley-Davidson Motor Company, highlighted that Harley-Davidson had always been synonymous with rock & roll.

“So it’s only natural for Harley to present the most epic, full throttle rock tour in history!”

Once Europe has rocked out with the bands, the trio will move on to America, and begin their first show there on July 17 at T-Mobile in Seattle, WA. Then 20 cities in the States will have the pleasure of hosting the rock and roll icons. Some of notable venues on their way will be Dodger Stadium, Wrigley Field, Citi Field and Fenway Park.

The Hella Mega Tour will wrap up on August 29 2020 in Philadelphia.

New music is coming from all three. The tour will serve to promote the new stuff. Fall Out Boy’s new single Dear Future Self (Hands Up) ft. Wyclef Jean will be featured on their first ever greatest hits album titled Believers Never Die – Greatest Hits. Weezer is coming up with the new The End of the Game single, which will be the first tune on their 14th album Van Weezer.

As for the American Idiot band, they are currently on tour in the USA.
